ACT 1035 0f 1987 - "An Act to grant appraisers liens against lands, buildings and other improvements for the contracted price of their services relating to such lands, buildings, and improvements" (see below for copy of this Act)
ACT 416 of 1991 - "The Arkansas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Act" (for a copy refer to your Arkansas Directory of Licensed and Certified Appraisers from the Appraiser Board )
ACT 1256 of 2001 - "An Act to create an additional class of appraiser, known as the "Registered Appraiser" (for a copy, contact the Arkansas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board )
ACT 278 of 2005 - "An Act to limit to 3 years, the period of time in which the Arkansas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board can initiate an investigation and conduct an disciplinary hearing" (see below for copy of this Act)
A.C.A. 16-56-105 of 1987 - Negligence - All actions founded on any obligation or liability not in writing shall be commenced within 3 years after the cause of action accrues.
